The Operations team at Cheviot work hard to provide a really good service to both members and employers.
The Operations team is managed by Paul Gansbuehler who joined Cheviot in 2013. The team provide a full administration service, dealing with new members through to retirements. They also manage all investments and disinvestments of the pension schemes and calculate the monthly pensioner payrolls. They are responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions of the Trust and for management reporting to the Trustee Board and external financial reporting. The audit reports support our view that the team does a great job of looking after the contributions made by members and employers. Paul is involved in the strategic and future development of Cheviot and deputising for the Chief Executive. Paul is responsible for the Operations team, which deals with the day to day administration and financial transactions for the Cheviot pension and the Final Salary Schemes.
Paul joined the Cheviot Trust in 2013 and became Finance and Operations Manager in 2018.
Paul qualified as an accountant in 2002 and has worked within the Financial services sector for over 15 years. Prior to joining Cheviot, Paul has worked for M&G, Moody’s and Heath Lambert.
